Shipping Policy

All orders are dispatched from Sydney, Australia using Australia Post. You will be provided with a confirmation email once your order is ready to be dispatched, along with a tracking number for proof of dispatch. It is strongly advised that all customers double-check shipping details are correct to avoid any issues. If the wrong address has been submitted, contact us immediately at info@fadelaser.com.au so we can make changes before dispatch. The package becomes responsibility of Australia Post, once it has left our studio.

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be dispatched, unless the express option is chosen at checkout which will be sent out the following business day.
